New Clients Adopting AudioEye, Inc.’s Ally+ Solution

TUCSON, AZ–(Marketwired – Jul 22, 2015) – AudioEye, Inc. ( OTCQB : AEYE ) (“AudioEye” or the “Company”) has signed contracts with diverse new clients and continues to develop its business while refining its product offerings. New AudioEye clients include:

Full-Service Savings Bank

As part of a two-year agreement, a full-service, federally chartered savings bank in the northeastern United States has joined additional banking clients who are adopting the Ally+ Premium solution, which includes AudioEye’s cloud-based Reader. “We are excited to add another banking institution to our client list,” stated Sean Bradley, President and Chief Technology Officer of AudioEye, Inc. “Our client serves professional service organizations, law professionals, small to mid-sized businesses and individuals. It was very important to them that they ensure the highest level of accessibility and usability to meet the individual needs of all visitors coming to their website. The AudioEye Ally+ Toolbarwith Help Desk has been deployed, and the bank’s site will be fully provisioned with the Reader in the next two weeks, with compliance certification to follow.”

Merit Systems Protection Board

A federal agency, the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) has signed an agreement to adopt the AudioEye Ally+ Premium solution. “MSBP is dedicated to making its systems highly accessible and has contracted with AudioEye to provide services that include ensuring that the MSPB.gov(opens in a new tab) website meets Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 guidelines,” stated Patricia Brooks, Section 508 Coordinator of the Office of Information Resources Management. In addition to making available the different components of the Ally+ Toolbar and optimizing the site for users of assistive technology, AudioEye is also providing support for MSPB’s massive repository of PDFs, ensuring that each is made available in an accessible format. MSBP has implemented the Ally+ Toolbar with Help Desk and the Reader. Leading up to the deployment of the AudioEye Conformance Certification Statement, AudioEye engineers continue to apply fixes to the website to optimize the user experience for assistive technology users.

Phoenix Rescue Mission

AudioEye continues to expand into new target market verticals and has secured a two-year agreement for its Ally+ Premium solution with Phoenix Rescue Mission, a provider of life transforming services for the homeless and hungry in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The AudioEye Ally+ Toolbar with Help Desk and the Phoenix Rescue Mission website will be fully provisioned with the Reader within the next two weeks, and compliance certification will follow. “It’s a great privilege to work with organizations that share a common mission of helping empower people to lead better lives,” stated Carr Bettis, Executive Chairman of AudioEye, Inc.

AudioEye reported previously that it was a sponsor of the Special Olympics World Games event being held in Los Angeles. The Company is pleased to report that during the month of June, 3.2% of site visitors engaged AudioEye on the Special Olympics World Games (la2015.org(opens in a new tab)) website and, collectively, over 22 million of AudioEye’s compliance “fixes” were served. Consistently, when users engage the Reader, they stay and interact on the website for a longer period of time.
