FinTech provider’s proactive approach positions CFIs for stronger competitive advantage, drives deeper relationships with customers
TUCSON, Ariz., June 6th, 2016 — AudioEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEYE(opens in a new tab)), the industry-leading digital accessibility platform, AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Award-winning financial technology and marketing provider, Kasasa®, formerly BancVue®, announced a strategic partnership with AudioEye, Inc., a provider of technology designed to optimize the user experience for individuals with disabilities.
The AudioEye Technology will allow FIRSTBranch clients to reach the broadest audience possible, including the 5 to 10 percent of the population with a disability or physical limitation otherwise denied full access to websites and digital content. Through the partnership, AudioEye’s patented and flexible technology will now be fully integrated into Kasasa’s FIRSTBranch® websites for new community financial institution (CFI) clients. Additionally, existing FIRSTBranch clients will have the option to add the technology to their current websites, providing a strong competitive advantage over megabanks, as well as an opportunity to drive even deeper relationships with customers.
“Our mission is to help organizations of all kinds provide full access and usability across their digital infrastructure,” said Sean Bradley, Chief Technology Officer of AudioEye. “By partnering with Kasasa, we’re now extending that accessibility to financial institutions. Not only is integrating this technology into their clients’ websites the right thing to do, but it’s also good for customers, which makes it great for business. We look forward to this relationship.”
AudioEye provides publishers with a single solution that not only presents end-users with a compliant and accessible version of their digital assets, but also with a free assistive technology, ultimately eliminating access barriers and providing tools for enhancing the customer experience.
"Many industries outside of ours are already being held to new accessibility requirements for websites and other digital content,” said Gabe Krajicek, CEO of Kasasa. “We’re being proactive in this. Kasasa believes it’s critical that banks and credit unions empower individuals with disabilities to engage with their institution online, and we want to make sure our CFI customers have the means to do so. We’re excited about our partnership with AudioEye and believe it will be of huge value to our clients and their account holders."
Currently, Kasasa has a client base of 779 signed and launched CFIs across all product offerings, representing more than 6,700 branches in all 50 states as well as Guam and D.C. The corporation more than doubled the number of new clients acquired in 2015 compared to 2014.
