United States Patent and Trademark Office Issues Foundational Internet Technology to Audio Eye, Inc.

Audio Eye, Inc., was awarded its first U.S. patent # 7653544 on January 29, 2010. The patent is entitled “Method and Apparatus for Website Navigation by the Visually Impaired”. This newly issued patent will provide protection for this path-breaking invention that enables Internet navigation and Multi-Format publishing capabilities.

Management has initiated an assessment and valuation process to prevent suspected infringements from organizations that have entered the online business with devices and internet services similar to those of Audio Eye’s patented technology.
